Module 8 – Rest, Restore & Renew
This Module uses Yoga Nidra aka Yogic Sleep to help you to rest, restore and renew yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that will take you into a deep state of conscious relaxation. Let’s face it, you may fall asleep the first dozen times you do this practice. And that’s okay too! You probably need a good snooze!
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation- except you get to lay down on your back. You get to cover your eyes, and get cozy and warm and explore your internal world. You will finish the practices feeling restored, refreshed and renewed.
